Please help this mom and her babies

Recently our rescue was notified that a poor momma dog is living outside on a chain in a backyard with a broken fence. She recently had her babies and is having to care for the outside. One of her owners passed away in an accident and her other owner isn’t able to continue caring for them as they weren’t excepting puppies. They want what’s best for her and have agreed to give her to a willing rescue. That’s where we come in. Unfortunately puppies are expensive and because none of our dogs are adopted out without being fully vetted we will need to fully vet each one. We are also not sure if momma is heartworm positive or not and we are keeping our fingers crossed that the puppies don’t become sick or any reason. We will need funds in order to make this work but we will not leave them behind. No momma should have to be worried about her babies in this heat.
