Please help save Jinxy Cat

This is Jinxy Cat and he is 4 years old. I rehomed him when he was 16 weeks old when his former owners couldn't take care of him.  From the second I brought him home we have had a bond like I've never experienced with any other animal.   Last year Jinxy had cystitis and he was put on medication.  In March he became fully blocked and had to have an operation to unblock his urethra.  He has been fine for a few months until this week. Jinxy became blocked up again and has already had to have two surgeries.  We have already paid out over £2000.  During the last surgery they struggled to get the catheter in and he was nearly put to sleep.  They said that if he becomes blocked again the only option is to euthanise him because of the scar tissue already there. I am absolutely heartbroken.  He is my little shadow and the thought of him not coming up to bed for headbutts and belly rubs is killing me. The only option that could work is if he has an operation to open his urethra.  The vet said 'it basically turns a male cat into a female cat'.  It is called a perineal urethrostomy. The problem is that the surgery will cost about £5000.   We have exhausted any saving and we've already got a finance plan to pay off the operation he's already had and we have literally nothing left. The best chance he has is if he has this operation and I am desperate. If you could make a donation towards the cost of the vet bill so that my boy has a chance that would mean everything to me.  Thank you.
