355 earthquakes in 5 days, over 400 deaths and more than 20,000 homes destroyed. Lombok and the Gilis have been jolted by two major earthquakes and hundreds of aftershocks in the last week with a 6.4 on July 29 and a devastating 7.0 on August 5.
Those who have shared moments with us in Pura Vida, know that the relationship that exists between us goes far beyond the professional. They are our kids, our family, we love them as children, and our hearts are broken seeing how in 25 seconds all their lifes and dreams have come down.
They have been sleeping in the open for a week without food or water, they can not leave, they have to help their families and it would be dangerous to move. ALL OF THEM have lost their homes, our beloved Guapi (Yani) lost her sister. Maman's baby is in the hospital and Ryan is waiting for his second baby to get born.
14 lives, 14 stories, 14 dramas.
Unfortunately we do not have the capacity to help them as we should and that is why we ask you, we beg you, to help them. € 5, € 10, whatever contribution is a lot. They will recover, sure, they are strong. And Pura Vida will return, sure, we are strong, but now more than ever, we need your help.

355 terremotos en 5 días, más de 400 muertos y más de 20.000 casas destruídas. Lombok y las Gili han sido sacudidas por dos grandes terremotos y cientos de réplicas en la última semana con un 6.4 el 29 de Julio y un devastador 7.0 el 5 de Agosto.
Aquellos que habéis compartido momentos con nosotros en el Pura Vida, sabéis que la relación que hay entre nosotros va mucho más allá de lo profesional. Son nuestros niños, nuestra familia, los queremos como a hijos y se nos parte el corazón viendo cómo en 25 segundos toda su vida y sus sueños se han venido abajo.
Llevan una semana durmiendo al raso sin apenas comida ni agua, no pueden marcharse, deben ayudar a sus familias y sería peligroso desplazarse. TODOS ellos han perdido su casa, nuestra querida Guapi (Yani) a su hermana. Maman tiene a su bebe en el hospital y Ryan esta esperando el segundo.
