Please help our little Miss May

Our loving little pup went after a squirrel and sliced open her back leg cutting her tendon. We've been trying to stop the bleeding while finding an after ours vet that will accept payment plans with no available vet in our area that can. We have tried to apply for care credit but have been denied as well. The vet we can go to wants a full payment up front which we are unable to do financially at the moment.  We are asking our animal loving community to please help us. Anything will help and anything is greatly appreciated. We are heading 2 hours away to our vet right now and really need some help with covering the costs.  Thank you so much for taking the time to read this and to all who are able to donate thank you so much.
