Please help my neji

So my little neji who is a shiba inu was hit by a car this afternoon someone from the neighborhood had opened the gate we do not know who did it but because of this person my little neji is fighting for his life as we speak.

He has two shattered hind legs as well as a broken rib cage and a calapsed lung .

He is going in for surgery once he is stabilized we are praying that he will make it through we sadly don't have the means to pay the remainder balance for everything .

We have a 10 month old little boy and we have lost our home due to mold growing underneath our carpets due to a storm a while back and our home was deamed to dangerous for our 8 month old at the time to live in .

We don't want to give up on neji he is a part of my small but happy family and was also my trusty service dog I suffer from critic panic attacks and have ptsd due to being held at gun point during a robbery at a grocery store I worked at .
My husband is a marine veteran who is doing what he can to keep us afloat and I work as a waitress part time .

Please anything would help even encouraging words are appreciated this is a hard time for our family and he is a big missing chunk of it we are praying everyday that he will pull through we are hoping you all will also send a little prayer or good vibes his way .
