Please help me get my dog

My precious baby pinky was attacked by another dog. She nearly died from her injuries. I couldn't leave her to suffer I had to take her in for surgery but unfortunately it was too costly for me to afford. She has had her surgery luckily so she will be ok but I do not have the funds to pay her bills and take her home. The vet won't give her back to me until I pay them. If I don't get her out soon they will list her as abandoned. Anything will help. I just want to bring my poor baby home. She is the sweetest dog and was so scared we were just going to abandone her. Please help her. Thank you
