please help me get a service dog to save my life

hello!

i'm a 24 yr old autistic trans man in the uk - i have fibromyalgia & chronic migraines, as well as a LOT of mental health issues (including, but not limited to, PTSD, c-PTSD, BPD, general & social anxiety, depression, dissociation etc.). i am also trying to escape an abusive family, and my only non-abusive family member (my father) died 22/04/2019.

i need to help pay for his funeral, as well as my rent as i now have to live alone because my home became too dangerous to stay there. i am desperately trying to attend my local university, but my symptoms hugely get in the way and my attendance is only getting worse.

this time last year i had an owner-trained assistance dog/service dog, and it was consistently the healthiest that i have been in 10+ years, but on of my abusive relatives put the dog in serious danger and so i made the (responsible, but painful) decision to have him immediately rehomed, and have been without assistance ever since.

i am now living alone, which is far far safer, and am at my wit's end and in desperate need of a new assistance dog to be able to regain some independence and to keep me safe on a daily basis. i have found 2 suitable breeders who have litters due at the end of may (which is perfect timing for getting a puppy during my summer holidays), but because of the sudden funeral expenses (and generally being a student who survives on disability benefits) i have no way to put down the £1600 to purchase one of the dogs.

i am so truly at my wit's end, i am completely out of options. mental health care in my area basically doesn't exist, and i have repeatedly been denied treatment due to being transgender. i have no support network thanks to my family, and this is more or less my last shot at surviving. i am finding myself at the hospital more and more frequently, and this is basically my breaking point.

the dog will be trained by myself, as well as a local friend (a dog trainer & behaviourist w/ experience of this) - dog training is my special interest, and i trained my previous dog with great success. they will be given high levels of obedience training, as well as learning tasks to help mitigate my disabilities in many many ways. even before they know tasks, however, their mere presence will make an unfathomable difference to my life.

thank you very much for your time, and if you would like more specific details on how a dog can help with any of my disabilities, my messages are open on my twitter (@peachpawes)
