Please help Karmendra fight cancer

Hi there! We are Ruby, Gregoire and my name is Khai. We are three people from different parts of the world who are trying to help one wonderful man to fight cancer. That man is Karmendra (main picture above). School Principal, a great social worker and an even much greater friend!
Karmendra is from Nepal, living with his wife and daughter in Kathmandu. Recently, he has been diagnosed with stomach cancer. His doctors say that it is very serious and that he needs to go through 3 cycles of chemotherapy to shrink the tumour first. Only after that surgery is possible. His stomach will be removed in surgery. After surgery, chemotherapy will be undertaken again to prevent relapse. The treatment should start as soon as possible!
But unfortunately, medical treatment in Nepal is very expensive. Especially in the case of cancer. The doctors estimate that full treatment and surgery will cost around 7,500€ - a fortune in Nepal.
For once, Karmendra needs our support!
He has been running his small school for a couple of years now, providing low-cost education to children with poor family backgrounds. He has even been helping the poorest with full scholarships. Now Karmendra needs our help.
Please help Karmendra to fight cancer. He is mentally and physically strong enough to do so. All he needs is a fair chance to fight.
I met Karmendra the first time in January 2012. Over the years we became close friends. I have always appreciated our talks and our laughs. Karmendra is a fascinating man with amazing cooking skills. His honesty and his openminded views showed me a whole different Nepal. I've learnt so much about life during the years. I do trust him - though I do not trust many people at all.
I consider Karmendra as one of the closest friends I have.
Karmendra has met so many volunteers from all over the world in the past.
Ruby from Australia and Gregoire from France are two of them. Both have been volunteering at Karmendra's school and both trust the man as much as I do. Ruby and Gregoire had a wonderful time volunteering in Nepal thanks to the amazing kids in that school and thanks to Karmendra who had been very helpful to them adjusting in Nepal.
I'm pretty sure that every other volunteer will not have one bad word against that man neither!
Karmendra cares a lot. For his family. For his school. And for his friends.
He is a great social worker, helping me and my small NGO to organise our first schoolbag-projects where we distributed bags to needy children in remote areas.
Please help Karmendra fight cancer. All he need is the chance to do so. A small contribution can make a huge difference.
