Farewell Delmar!!

I humbly and heart breakingly, come to you on behalf of 19 year old Delmar Braham. A student of Excelsior High School in Kingston Jamaica. He was diagnosed last year with Osteosarcoma Cancer. It's manifested itself in the form of a large tumor on his shoulder. After having 6 cycles of chemotherapy his family discontinued treatment as there was no progress. His tumor has continued to grow and he suffers from excruciating pain. He was admitted and released yesterday. He was told by the hospital there was nothing they could do for him. We need your help to raise funds for Delmar. His family is financially drained and gets help from members of the community. He needs funds to seek help to have the tumor removed and for everyday expenses of food and meds. Please I'm asking you to give anything you can, it will be deeply appreciated and it will go a long way. We can give him encouragement and hope by supporting his cause.
