Please help Dave and Mary in this difficult time!

Hi folks this is Dave. 
As many of you know Mary and I have  been injured for the past YEAR and getting constant help from my doctors by getting epidural steroid injections in my back so I can walk and just lift my head. We have been struggling more then we ever have because of our combined injuries and the mounting bills. Since all of this started we have been juggling the bills just to stay afloat and now we have a even larger problem. My oldest brother (62 years old)has gotten  incredibly sick and the doctors found Stage 3 COLON CANCER. My brother took care of both my parents until their deaths 3 yrs ago and now in his time of need I have to stand up for him. We have asked him to move in with us after his initial surgery so we can care for him. But as helpful as we’re  trying to be the bills don’t stop coming in and we are in dire dire need of help. My brother is RETIRED and we both only have each other to depend  on but I have 10-11 bulging discs in my back that are going to require surgery (that I’m getting help through Medicaid. We are sinking fast and those that know me know I would only ask for help in a life or death situation.... We are in serious trouble and I am asking from the bottom of my heart please help us??? IF IT WERE YOU I WOULD BREAK MY BACK TO HELP ANYWAY I COULD EVEN IF I DIDN’T KNOW YOU!! I’ve never been this scared in my life please help if you can. I don’t know what else to do...
