Please help Chloe come home

Chloe is 16 years she is our best friend and we won’t be the same without he. She is a fighter never gives up. She’s had 2 back surgeries with no insurance. She has cushings a tumor on her pituitary gland which causes pancreatitis. This leads to weeks in the vet which are very expensive. We can treat her home with a 5 minute saline drip so she can get back to her adventures. She still acts like a puppy it’s not Chloe ‘s time to go. Please help anything will be greatly appreciated.
