Playscape for Goudreault kids

Hello,
my name is Elena. I am on a mission to help a wonderful family close to my heart obtain a beautiful new play set. Lauren is an amazing friend and mother whom I first met in 1997. Lauren is currently a single mom and has 4 children, Conor (11), Josh (9), Camden (7), and Rylie (4). Conor was diagnosed with Down Syndrome at birth in 2006. Camden was born in 2010 and diagnosed with Autism in early 2017. Both boys are the sweetest and most affectionate young men I have ever met, but they struggle daily with sensory processing issues and in areas of interaction and communication. Josh and Rylie are true helpers and compassionate siblings that help their mom whenever possible. It is a lot of work for any one person to care for 4 children, but Lauren goes above and beyond and works tirelessly to care for the kids and make them happy, sacrificing her own happiness at times and having little time for some self-care.
Lauren and the kids were generously given a used play set from new neighbors that moved next door in 2016. The children loved this playset and used it often in the comfort of their backyard. Sadly, the play set got destroyed in the storm last night (10/29/17) and left the children devastated at the sight of the broken playset. I'd like to help gather family, friends, and other generous people in the community to help make a bigger and better backyard playscape for the kids to enjoy and be able to freely export their boundless energy! Your donation will go towards purchasing a Kloter Farms Hide Out playscape with swing, trapeze bar, rocket rider, wave slide and rockwall. If any donations exceed the goal amount, it will go towards the building of a fence enclosure surrounding the playscape, which would be for extra safety and security for the kids.
