I want to play at the Defcon 27 Voting Village

Greetings all. My name is Lewis Shupe, and I want to go play at the Defcon 27 Voting Village. Please allow me to explain below:

It has come to my attention that some influential people are discussing this latest crop of voting machines like they know what they are talking about. I don’t think they know this subject well. On 11-30-16, I accompanied a group of registered voters to perform a recount of precinct votes at the Lehigh County board of elections, and was quite surprised by what I found at http://realchange.us/lehigh-county-elections-could-well-be-pwned-let-me-count-the-ways/  I have not worked as a poll worker there since.

And I did this while blind

Nowadays, my sight has returned. Sometime back, on a episode of “The WTF files with Lewis Shupe” I postulated about how almost all modern voting equipment is subject to approval by  the FCC part 15 acceptance, which follows:

“This device complies with part 15 of the FCC rules. Operation is subject to the following two conditions:
1- This device may NOT cause harmful interference, and
2- This device must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause undesired operation”

The link to that show is  here

I want to put that to the test at the up coming Defcon 27 Voting Village. This event will be the one place on the entire planet Earth that will have the most diverse collection of electronic voting machines in one place and I have intention to inject RF into the election devices to discover if votes can be manipulated? I believe a denial of service condition can easily be created, and this is the best time and place to find that out. This is something I cannot legally do anywhere else. The picture above is of the actual Super Cantenna I intend to bring to the Defcon Voting Village. Which is why I am at this point. I need cash both for the journey to Las Vegas, as well as sheltering myself from the 125 degree Las Vegas sun. To those who invest in this effort, I will stream various videos of this effort exclusively to investors first, then eventually online for all to see, culminating in a show at the end of Defcon to recap all that was learned in the voting village. This years Voting Village promises to be a bigger event that the past 2.

Defcon 27 is estimated at $300 at the door and hotel prices average $200 a night  One way transportation is estimated around $300. Prices are subject to change.

If any other attendees could arrange to bring along any of these items, here is my shopping / wish list so far:

Spark gap generator
Ham radios
SDR's Software Defined Radios
Van Eck or Tempest equipment.

I often discuss election security, as well as other topics, on The WTF files with Lewis Shupe
.And please, share this and thank you for looking and considering an investment in this endeavor
