Get Caytlin a Support Dog!

Hello! My name is Caytlin and I'm saving up money to get a dog to function as an Emotional Support Animal (and if it's the right dog, I'll be pursuing Service Animal training as well!).
I have fibromyalgia, anxiety, and occasional depression, and I am often lonely during the day when I'm home alone doing work -- I'm a comic artist by trade. Having a dog to keep me company would help establish a necessary routine, make sure I get some exercise every day, reduce my anxiety flareups, and keep me motivated with a fun new hobby and best friend. I'm looking for a forever friend!
For my birthday and Christmas, I'm raising money to buy a purebred Cavalier King Charles Spaniel from a reputable AKC breeder. While we'd love to adopt a shelter puppy, our needs are so strict that we need to reduce the chance of rolling the dice on the dog's temperament and health history. Especially with CKCS's, whose health is particularly dependent on their genetics.
The money goes toward the cost of a retired adult Cavalier, multiple obedience classes at the local certified trainer, the first vet bill, and supplies for a new dog.
While we'll be budgeting and saving ourselves, I wanted to put this together as a central hub to send people for my Birthday and Christmas wishes! If you feel like tossing a few bucks our way, I would certainly appreciate it.
