The making of a store!
Anyone who knows me knows I\'ve always dreamed of owning my own retail store. A great opportunity has arisen that will allow me to expand my start-up store from online to brick and mortar, and allow me to begin designing home decor and furniture as well. The store will offer vintage, and re-purposed vintage furniture, home goods, and items made by myself and other local artists and designers. We will also offer vintage and handmade clothing and onsite alterations, space for local artists to display their work with little to no cost, and a cute space with tea and healthy snacks. There will be a fully shaded patio in the back with a succulent garden made using up-cycled materials, seating, music, free wi-fi, and bike racks of course! There will also be a permanent mural inside with the names of all of the donors who are helping to make this dream possible.
I\'m not doing all of this alone though; I am teaming up with a great gal by the name of Trish who is a wildly talented local fashion designer who will actually be creating one of a kind merchandise on site!
So, I have been selling online
for a few years now and I\'m more than ready to take on this venture and make my
dream of a brick and mortar store a reality!

We have

Downtown Phoenix is booming with an amazing art community, new unique restaurants, community gardens and much more. All of which are close to both our hearts, and minds. We are hoping to soon be a part of that growing community... the only trouble is getting enough funding to rent the space and get a running start. We have 1200.00 so far and need about $3000 more. We are asking for small donations and anything would help. We would be more than grateful for even $5.00.
