Thanks for checking out The Phoenix Leadership Project! We are a charity dedicated to creating dynamic, well-rounded leaders through personal growth and professional development. From our annual Leadership Conference to our year-round Workshop Series, our goal is to make the most meaningful impact for each individual involved in our programs. Our organization is looking to raise funds to make our Leadership Conference more accessible to young leaders everywhere, and to provide scholarships to youth lacking the financial means to attend.
At our Conference, we strive to create an inclusive and welcoming environment where everyone can thrive, by providing different learning opportunities such as workshops, small group discussions, and team building activities. Throughout the Conference weekend participants explore topics in leadership such as public speaking, communication styles, time and stress management, empathy and understanding, conflict resolution, team management, mental health, self care, and global advocacy. Our diverse group of global leaders provides an outlet where everyone can share their perspectives and encourage open dialogues about different and unique communities within a safe space for leaders to explore, discover, and flourish. Our next Conference will be held during Spring 2018 and is open to delegates aged 14-25 from around the world.
