Rebels/Phoenix Outreach Campaign

Help us provide transportation and accomidations for survivors of mass tragedy from around the country!

In 2016 we are hosting survivors from around the country for an assembly where we will meet to educate, provide resources, and most importantly show love to our fellow survivors. In order to have a successful event we need funds for planning and assisting survivors with transportation and accommodations while attending. As our family of survivors grows, our organizations look to grow to assist as many as possible.

Please help us raise the funds to support our ever-growing family, and read our description below or visit out website at Therebelsproject.org for more information.

Mass Shootings have become a tragic yet familiar occurrence in our world. Like many others, we at Rebels Project/Phoenix 999 are devastated by the tragedies in Colorado Springs, San Bernardino, and many other parts of the U.S. We have been working since 2012 to assist victims and their families, the communities, and the first responders.

About Us:

The Rebels Project is a group that provides support, assistance and resources for those impacted by mass shootings. The Rebels Project works in partnership with Phoenix 999 which is a nationally accredited 501(c)(3).

Our staff operates on a volunteer basis ensuring that all funds collected go directly to victims of mass violence.

Phoenix 999 was created and established by survivors of the Columbine High School Massacre in the wake of the Aurora, Colorado Theater shooting in an effort to provide financial and educational resources to victims of violence and violent crime. Since its conception, the mission of Phoenix 999 is to provide financial and educational resources to victims of and victims’ families affected by mass tragedy and violence. So far our fundraising has contributed to:

Ongoing monthly meetings with survivors from tragedies across the United States including Columbine, the Aurora Theater, Sandy Hook, The Navy Yard Shooting, and the Azana Spa shootings.

Travel to Newtown, CT to speak at a community gathering and meet with the victims of families impacted.

Travel to an annual meeting with survivors of the Virginia Tech shootings and others impacted by violence.

Events that allowed Arapahoe students to express their grief through art.

Organizing an event where over 1,800 teddy bears were shipped to the families, victims, and first responders in Newtown with personalized messages from other survivors in the wake of their tragedy.

Our goal for this campaign is to continue supporting survivors around the world in ways that only other survivors can understand, and your contribution will help.

Please help sustain our ongoing mission to support those impacted by incomprehensible tragedy by making a tax deductible donation to our cause.
