Phoebe for Cockburn West Ward

We have persuaded Phoebe to stand again for City of
Cockburn council this October but, in order to do so, we
will need help with running costs.

Phoebe will be running as an independent candidate for
Council and won’t be ‘sponsored’ by a political party or
other organisation and – like many of us – Phoebe simply
doesn’t have the financial resources to pay additional
costs that she will incur through this campaign such as
printing flyers and corflutes.

We believe that we need people like Phoebe on council –
truthful, honest, driven by convictions and beliefs not ego,
with the courage to fight for what is right and the
education and experience to be effective at the
negotiating table.

This will be a tough one to win but there’s always a
chance. Any little you can spare for the fighting fund
would be amazing and would go to fund flyer printing as
the first priority; if there’s enough corflutes would be
second priority and social media presence would come
third.

None of these things come cheap so thank you SO much
for any help you can give. We’ll also be looking for people
to help with door knocking, finding places to put corflutes
and so on, so if you are interested in helping with the
campaign during the run-up to the election – so between
12 th September and the 19 th October – then please let us
