Phenom Elite Basketball Camp

Makiah & Kobie have been playing basketball together since they were both 5 years old. Their journey started out with little league and now they have moved to a more competitive level. They both have attended the hoop shoot competition. Last year Makiah placed 3rd at State. This year Kobie was State runner up. At their last tournament they were both approached by an Oklahoma Regional Scout with a once in life time opportunity. They were two 4th graders out of the state to be selected to participate in an elite basketball camp. This camp will give them both the opportunity to compete against some the best athletes in the country. They will also get to be evaluated by a variety of scouting services along with receiving some of the best skill training and a possible ESPN debut. 

This trip will gain them exposure, skill, and knowledge to help them advance towards their goals. Any money raised would go towards helping pay for their camp fees, transportation, and lodging. 

Anyone who has ever gotten a chance to meet/interact with Makiah and Kobie has seen their love and passion for the game. As you know teachers do not make enough to be able to fund an extra opportunity such as this. Kenzie and I greatly appreciate our friends, loved ones, and communities support for our girls to be able to chase their dreams. If you find it in your heart to donate and/or share this post the girls will be forever thankful. No donation is too big or small, anything will help make this opportunity possible.

Makiah and Kobie will attend the Jr. National Phenom Camp beginning August 9, 2018! To be able to attend this camp it is by invitation only. They are excited to represent not only Oklahoma, but also Rogers County.
