Bill Blevins wildfire surviver

Bill was burned very badly in the campfire California latest wildfire our lives were forever changed..... I am bills fincee we like most americans live month to month i get a partial dissability check and now bill cant work we have been to the desaster relief center were told by fema they might help with compensation for the car that burned in the fire butbecause we dont live in butte county we dont qualify for help and red cross told us the same thing bill was visiting with a friend when the fire happened they tried to evacuate the car caught on fire leaving them to run for their lives through the flames bill has had 5 surgeries on his hand including amputating part of his left hand he is looking at minimum 1 year physical therapy please help us so we dont lose our home as an after thought of the fire
