I am reaching out trying to help a friend who has a 8 year old son who was struck by a car on Tues 5/23 around 4:30 near Colerain . She is a single mother of 2 boys & she will be unable to work for an amount of time that is uncertain at this point . Gage her son will be hospitalized for awhile . He is in a coma for 3 days. After 3 days if his brain swelling goes down they will take him out of the coma to see how he responds. We do know he has a broken femur bone and bleeding of the brain. We do not have a lot of information at this point , we just know he will be kept by the hospital for observation . He arrived at the hospital in critical condition & they are trying to keep him stabilized. We will try to update on a regular basis as we receive information . We do want to respect the family & not to cross any boundaries with giving any incorrect information or information the family is not comfortable being shared . We ask for your prayers and if you are able to give any type of financial relief it will be considered a true blessing for this family . We are wanting to give some relief for missed work by the mother , medical bills , medication that may be needed or any other financial issue they may run into during this time of recovery .
