Pfiffner Family Help and Support

Last June, Mike Pfiffner was affected by necrotizing fasciitis (a flesh eating staph infection) and later had complications from liver and kidney failure. He fought a long battle through, infection after infection. Gaining strides and even walking as we celebrated his 50th birthday just weeks ago. He went back into the Intensive Care Unit yesterday (4/14/2017) and passed away this morning (4/15/2017). His wife, Amy, spent countless hours away from work and family to ensure he was receiving the best cares and to provide him company. For the past 10 months, Mike had spent all of his time in numerous hospitals and long term care facilities. Now Amy is a single mother, left to care for three kids and responsible for staggering medical bills and funeral costs. Any donations would be appreciated and help their family.
