Peter&Angel: Rebuilding Their Life

My brother Peter and his wonderful wife Angel lost their home in a fire less than 24 hours ago.  The fire erupted in their home in Mound, MN, in the middle of the night.  We are so very grateful they survived, although we are unsure of the fate of their beloved pets.  The fire came on quickly while they slept.  Within minutes they were standing outside, barefoot on a Minnesota winter night.  They lost everything. 

Thanks to wonderfully helpful people in the pharmacy, at the DMV and Red Cross, and at their insurance company, Pete and Angel have shoes on their feet, necessary medicines, and a bed to sleep on tonight.  They have already been told the process going forward will be a long one.  There is so much to be done. 

Furniture, clothing, household goods, life sustaining medical supplies, these will all be needed, some very soon. 

Peter and Angel are giving, generous spirits.  People who know them, know they’d give the shirt off their back to someone in need.  And now the outpouring of love and generosity from friends and family has turned in their direction.  I begin this Go Fund Me page on behalf of Peter and Angel, in hopes that we can all contribute to the long road ahead, rebuilding the home and the life of this great couple.
