Perton Action for Safe School Travel (PASST)

We are a group of local residents who are currently fighting a battle against Staffordshire County Council for Free transport to Codsall High School from Perton.
Staffordshire County Council are asking parents in Perton who live 3+ miles from Codsall High School to pay £625 per child per year for a seat on one of the coaches they are providing or the children must walk an almost 2 hour journey to and from school along a very dangerous route.
As a group of residents we do not have access to any funds. We have recently approached local companies for donations of banners and posters for our campaign and have been unsuccessful - hence the reason for our GoFundMe page.
All money received will be accounted for and available upon request. These funds will allow us to purchase the necessary items to gain more support for this cause and ensure we stand the best possible chance of winning the battle for our children here in Perton

There are many groups of people all over the country fighting the same battle as we are against their Local Authority, let’s show Local Authorities that we as parents are all able to secure safe school transportation for children in the UK.
