Personal Politics is guided by one simple idea: Individual Americans deserve to know and understand the relevant factors informing their political decisions. We believe that you, as an American citizen, deserve to understand how the government is affecting the most important aspects of your life on a daily basis. We do this by following a three-step process:
First, we understand you: your basic demographic information, your background, and what areas of government you are most interested in.
Second, we monitor the government. Whenever a piece of legislation is signed or an executive order is issued, our dedicated team of policy wonks and researchers tackles it and works to understand its ins and outs.
Third, we combine steps one and two. By knowing you and by knowing the happenings of government, we can notify you regarding how the government is affecting your life. With an instant e-mail notification, we aren’t just bringing you your news, we’re changing the political system. We are empowering individual Americans to understand more fully how government is affecting their lives. Together, we are making politics personal.
