Pepper Ann mauled by great Dane

A contractor working at my home left the front door ajar
When my Boston Terrier saw the great Dane she ran out the door
When she got to the dog it grabbed her and shook her like a rag doll throwing her into the street
She has had one surgery but infection set in from the bites and all of her stitches have separated
She needs 1 more surgery now to clean out dead tissue and restitch her wounds! I'm tapped out and Channel Islands Vet has been very good to us.
The initial trauma surgery was at VSMG and they were crazy expensive!
Any help would be appreciated because the alternative is not a happy one!
