Camilo Catrillanca fue un Weichafe Mapuche. El 14 de noviembre de 2018 fue asesinado por el Estado chileno.
Él era de la comunidad de Temukuikui en Wallmapu.
Wallmapu es tierra indígena mapuche ocupada por Chile y Argentina.
Él es el hijo Marcelo Catrillanca y Teresa Marín y nieto del muy venerado Longko Juan Catrillanca.
Camilo tiene una hija y su pareja está embarazada
Se puede decir que en 2011 fue cuando Camilo comenzó a ser reconocido por su papel de liderazgo en la liberación y recuperación de Wallmapu, cuando organizó a los estudiantes para 'tomar' el ayuntamiento de Ercilla, para así llamar la atención sobre la violencia excesiva de la policía y la militarización de Wallmapu. Camilo también estuvo involucrado en exigir la liberación de varios presos políticos mapuches demandar justicia para los mapuches asesinados por el Estado chileno
Esta recaudación de fondos es para ayudar a comprar un tractor ya que el que usaban para labrar la tierra fue destruido por las balas del infame Comando Jungla. El tractor es necesario para trabajar la tierra lo que es un derecho inalienable para todos los pueblos originarios.
Camilo fue un objetivo de la represión y fue perseguido por el Estado chileno por ser un líder visible de la autonomía indígena y contra las empresas forestales chilenas y transnacionales que están usurpando y destruyendo la tierra que pertenece al pueblo Mapuche
El 14 de noviembre de 2018, Camilo Cantrillanca estaba labrando sus tierras ancestrales, con un tractor con un joven de 15 años, cuando recibió un disparo en la parte posterior de la cabeza por el comando Jungla de la policía militar chilena, los cuales fueron adiestrados en Colombia en contrainsurgencia
El Comando Jungla, según el Ministro del Interior de Chile, perseguía a unos presuntos “antisociales”( esta es la tercera versión de Chadwick de lo que ocurrió.
Camilo no estuvo involucrado en el supuesto incidente, Chadwick dijo que era desafortunado que Camilo "muriera". El gobierno chileno no se responsabiliza ni rectifica su posición hacia los mapuches, sino que continúa con la militarización de Wallmapu.
Esta recaudación de fondos cuenta con el apoyo y directa autorización de los Comuneros Mapuches en Temucuicui.
La política colonial de Canadá ha desempeñado un papel importante en la militarización de la policía chilena, un legado de la dictadura de Pinochet y la destrucción ecológica de las tierras indígenas en Chile, que también esta muy presente en el Norte del país.
Es hora de ponerse de pie con el Pueblo Mapuche.

Camilo Catrillanca was a Mapuche weichafe. On November 14th, 2018, he was killed by the Chilean State.
He was from the Temukuikui community in Wallmapu.
Wallmapu is Mapuche Indigenous land that is occupied by Chile and Argentina.
He is the son Marcelo Catrillanca and Teresa Marin and the grandson to the very revered Longko Juan Catrillanca.
Camilo has a daughter and and his partner is pregnant.
It can be said that 2011 is when Camilo began to be recognized for his leadership role in the liberation and recuperation of Wallmapu, when he organized students to 'toma' the city hall of Ericilla, to bring attention to the excessive violence of the police and the militarization of Wallmapu. Camilo was also involved in demanding the release of the various Mapuche political prisoners and justice for those Mapuche killed by the state.
This fundraising is to help purchase a tractor that has been destroyed by the Commando Jungla, with bullets. The tractor is needed to work the land which is a right for Mapuche as indigenous people.
Camilo was a target and being persecuted by the Chilean state for being a visible leader of indigenous autonomy and against the Chilean and transnational forestry companies that are usurping and destroying the land.
On November 14, 2018 Camilo Cantrillanca was tending to his ancestral lands, he was on a tractor with a 15 year old, when he was shot in the back of the head by the Chilean military police operation, called the Commando Jungla.
The Commando Jungla were according to the Minster of the Interior (of Chile), Chadwick's third version of what took place, pursuing individuals that hijacked cars.
Camilo was not involved in that alleged incident, Chadwick has said it was unfortunate that Camilo 'died'. The Chilean government is not taking responsibility or rectifying their position towards the Mapuche, they carrying on with the militarization of Wallmapu
This fundraising has the direct support of the Mapuche comuneros in Temucuicui.
Settler- colonial Canada has played a part in the militarization of Chilean police a legacy of the Pinochet dictatorship, and the ecological destruction of indigenous lands in Chile, especially in the north.
It is time to stand up with the Mapuche people
