PELUMI'S TRIP TO WBG YOUTH SUMMIT

I was recently selected as one of the Delegates billed to represent their respective countries at the World Bank Group Youth Summit holding next month in Washington DC, United States. The Summit requires selected delegates to fund their air ticket as well as their hotel accommodation. I've already raised funds for the latter (accommodation) but it's been so challenging getting support for my air ticket. I've reached out to different airlines seeking for sponsorship but they all responded negatively, likewise my overtures to government agencies and consulates. I'm a young and passionate global citizen who has impacted greatly on his community. Being an award winning student leader, I see children as the future of our world and this explains why my community projects have been centered on them. Attending the World Bank Youth Summit will greatly add to my wealth of knowledge while further empowering me to make more meaningful contributions to my world. To achieve this dream, I need a total sum of 1,500 dollars (around 550,000 naira in Nigeria) to facilitate my air travel. I believe the world will make this dream a reality!
