“Pegaso - Una pedalata alla volta” è un progetto che nasce da un’idea di noi ragazzi di IV classico B del Liceo M. Gioia di Piacenza con lo scopo di acquistare "Duetto", un particolare ausilio che unisce una bicicletta ad una carrozzina, per il nostro compagno di classe Bryan (nome di fantasia scelto nel rispetto della sua privacy).
Bryan è un ragazzo come noi ma non può muoversi: è tetraplegico dalla nascita. Acquistare questa bicicletta vorrebbe dire realizzare il suo più grande desiderio: partecipare ad un'avventura su due ruote con noi, suoi compagni di classe.
L'obiettivo della raccolta fondi è quello di raccogliere 10.000 euro entro la fine di febbraio 2020 per poter pubblicizzare, acquistare e ricevere la bicicletta in tempo per la gita, in programma a maggio 2020.
Anche dopo la gita "Duetto" resterà con Bryan e la sua famiglia permettendogli di vivere molte altre avventure come ha sempre sognato.

"Pegasus - One ride at a time" is a project created by a group of 28 Italian students of the 'M.Gioia' High School in Piacenza (IT). It is aimed at buying "Duetto", a very special, high-tech combination of wheelchair and bike, for our classmate Bryan (this fancy name was chosen in respect of his privacy).
Bryan is like us, but he can't move: he is quadriplegic from birth. This bike will make his dream come true: with it, he will be able to take part in a class group adventure on two wheels, which has been scheduled in May 2020.
This crowdfunding project should raise 10,000 euro by the end of February 2020, which will allow enough time for the bike to be specially designed, produced and delivered in time for the trip.
Bryan and his family could use "Duetto" even after the trip.
