This "goFUNDme" page is for ERIK DIEDERICH, who lost his home (rental) and all his possessions (except for the clothes on his back) last night (Wednesday, March 18) in Manoa on Oahu. His ohana wants to help him restart his life!
While Erik was at work, a roommate left the kitchen while cooking and accidentally started the fire. Within a few minutes the whole house was engulfed in flames. Erik's room was right next to the kitchen and was completely destroyed. We are so thankful no one was seriously injured.
As you probably already know Erik, you may know what a kind and generous soul he is, always wanting to help others. Erik is a humble man and needs to rebuild his life from the ground up. Starting over is expensive, and when you need to buy everything from a toothbrush to a security deposit, it's huge.
