Sophia M Soto hearing aids

Sophia has lost her hearing in her left ear completely and has diminished hearing in her right ear. She has seen a specialist and needs a special type of hearing aid that is supposed to let her hear from both sides of her head. Unfortunately,  the insurance will not cover the entire amount and the copay is 8k! We do not have money to pay the copay and without the hearing aids, Sophia can't hear her lessons in school and will fall behind in her class.

Please help my daughter excel in her life by helping her parents provide what she needs to succeed in school and life

Renegotiated with Kaiser over the cost of the hearing aids. They were trying to sell us on the "Cadillac" set, but we got the better price for the "Chevy" version instead. The original estimate of $8000.oo was for aids equipped with GPS tracking, integrated FM receiver, and a bunch of other options that Sophia didn't need. Now the "out of pocket" cost will be $1800.oo. The reason for the "goal" of 2K is to off-set the GoFundMe fee's.

Please dig deep and help this poor little girl that life has thrown a curve ball at.
