Paxton’s Medical Treatment
Donation protected
Paxton is 3 years old and was diagnosed with bilateral frontal polymicrogyria in January 2019. This condition causes him to have severe epilepsy, muscle weakness, hallucinations, and even personality changes. There is no specialist in Mississippi that specializes in his condition so we have to travel back and forth to Houston (Texas Children’s) for treatments. 2 weeks ago, Paxton had a severe episode landing him in the hospital here in Mississippi for a week. During this episode, he was very confused, lost movement on one side of his face, was extremely weak, and was even hallucinating. We go back to Houston June 19-21. We have had fundraisers before that have thankfully covered medications, medical bills, etc. I’m asking for help now to help cover travel expenses, hotel expenses, food expenses, and medications during this visit.
