A short time ago my good friend Shelley Müller posted on FB a story about a young couple down on their luck. They needed help with food for themselves and their furkids. Shelley jumped into action and helped raise money not just for food but for rent too. The couple was in awe of the kindness of strangers. They didn't ask for help, but were so appreciative of the help they received.
This couple needed to spay/neuter their three furkids, but haven't had the extra money and guess what? Yup. one of the furkids just had babies. Shelley, who has a dog sitting business, is currently helping foster the puppies.
This fundraiser is to help pay for the spay/neuter and for heartworm/flea protection for the three dogs while the couple can get on their feet. It is also for additional care the puppies might need, including vaccinations.
This couple loves their furkids and doesn't want to turn them over to a shelter, but it has been hard to find the extra money for their care.
Please consider donating whatever amount you can. Every bit raised will go to help the furkids and their needs. We will post updates about the spay /neuter as well.
