Companion Animal Alliance is the open-intake shelter in East Baton Rouge Parish. They care for nearly 9,000 animals each year. Their mission of CAA is twofold: reducing the number of animals entering the shelter and treating those pets that are in the shelter care with compassion while trying to find a forever home or reunite pets with their family.
