Paul Wilsons New Lungs

Paul has been ill the last 5 years with end stage COPD. He was a very active body builder and motorcycle rider up to that point. This disease has changed him drastically . He can no longer work out, our rides are only as far as the amount of oxygen we can carry and he has become angry and depressed because he is not the same any more.
Paul recently got approval for a lung transplant and is considering turning it down because the cost of the many hospital visits are beyond our means. I can't even take much time off to go with him to a lot of these appointments because I need to work for us to survive. We have no family to ask for money so I'm hoping we can raise money to help cover these expenses. One day parking in downtown Toronto is $25 a day. And initial visits are 3 times a week.
We would appreciate any help we can get. I don't want Paul to let this opportunity to go to waste. I want to see him enjoy life again like he use too.
