Dear Friends,
Our beloved Pat Malendoski has been recently diagnosed with a brain tumor that needs to be immediately removed. He has been scheduled for surgery on Wednesday, February 4, 2015 at UCLA Medical Center with Dr. Neil Martin, head of the Neurovascular Surgery Center. Dr. Martin and his team are some of the very best in their field. We are assured and confident that Pat is in the very best of hands.
Thankfully the Malendoski's do have some insurance but it will not cover all the expenses that will encumber them during this difficult battle. Not only will the travel to Los Angeles for an undetermined amount of time be strenuous and draining, but also the burden for the family with Pat being unable to work will take its toll financially.
Today we are asking for your help as Pat undergoes a serious surgery and recovery. By reaching out to all of Pat's friends and loved ones we are hoping we can all come together to ease the hardship that this wonderful family is about to endure. Any amount you can give is gratefully appreciated and will truly make a difference to help carry this family through this scary time.
