Patient Relief Mission 2018

Patient Relief Mission (PRM) is a not for profit organisation duly registered in Uganda. The organisation provides hostel accommodation to rural women undergoing cancer treatment at the Uganda Cancer Institute (UCI) Mulago, who would otherwise have nowhere to stay in the city. The cost of a patient and care taker staying in Kampala through treatment period is prohibitive for poor rural women. Since December 2016, PRM has provided more than 8,507 nights to female Cancer patients to be able to complete their treatment cycle and have improved lives.
PRM is committed to improving Cancer care and management for the female patients whom we support with accommodation, 3 meals a day and transportation to and from the hospital, skills training and psycho-social support. All these services are provided to patients at no cost, we solely rely on kind donations from individuals, companies and organisations like you. We appreciate resources both in kind and monetary to provide these services so that many women can benefit from it. PRM has committed and well-trained staff and volunteers who care for these patients.
