Pathways Office Overhaul

Pathways Youth and Family Services is a non-profit social services organization committed to finding nurturing homes for abused, neglected, or abandoned children in Texas. Serving the community for over 25 years, the organization has grown from a single, small foster home to include a dozen service centers across the state with services including foster care, adoption, crisis intervention, mental and behavioral healthcare, residential and family services, and more. In Dallas, the Pathways office is the first place at risk children go when entering the foster care system. These children have been abused, neglected or abandoned and understandably frightened. Having a space that is warm, welcoming and comforting would benefit these children greatly.  The Interior Design Society of Dallas - Fort Worth has been asked to give a much needed over haul the Dallas Pathways office.  With your help we can replace the lobby furniture, create a children’s area with books, toys, games, art supplies with child sized furniture to help entertain the children while they wait. The kitchen and training room area also need to be updated as they are utilized during long weekend training sessions each week.
