Pastors Stolen Car Found Totaled!

Imagine your car being stolen from you, you looking endlessly for it, finding out days later it got totaled and the person that did it, got away scott-free, while you're left with the debt...
Horrible thought right?
Well this happened to my grandfather, Pastor Harman Copeland. He is an exceptional man hit by unfortunate circumstances. 
He is a Pastor, husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend to many.. His car was stolen outside of his church on 58th and Burleigh in Milwaukee, WI on March 21st, 2018.
We were devastated when we heard the news. Many of our family members, church family and our community kept look out for his car (as the MPD stated they could not actively look for the vehicle due to so many cars being stolen). Some even went out of their way to drive around the city to try to find it, but had no luck.

The car was found on Sunday, March 25th, 2018 by the Milwaukee Police Dept. TOTALED due to a head on collision on 48th and Hampton. The driver and passenger were no where to be found. (If you have any information about the driver, please feel free to contact me or the police!)
I decided to start a go fund me because I have just learned that the pastor, my grandfather, did not have gap insurance. So all the insurance company is going to pay is what the car is worth and the remainder is left on him.
He plans on saving his money to buy a new car, but is not wanting to be in debt for the car that was stolen and totaled.
I can't express enough how troubling it is to be violated in this way. Not only to have your car stolen from you, but to have someone total it and get away scott-free, while you're left with debt...
Please help us in any way you can.. Pray our strength in the Lord.
