ParkTrippers: Drive Across America

Hey guys, Eric and Jimi here.

This summer, we're going on a roadtrip across the United States and Canada, stopping at many major national parks and memorials on the way including Yellowstone, Yosemite, Redwood Forests, Banff, Mt. Rushmore, Crazy Horse, Devil's Tower, Grand Teton, Glacier, and Flathead. We’ll also be making stops in several cities along the way including New York, Toronto, Chicago, Minneapolis, Vancouver, Seattle, Portland, and our final destination San Francisco.


Why We're Doing This
After visiting Acadia National Park last summer we realized just how much these parks matter to us, and to our peers; we were struck by just how much positive feedback we got from this trip and how many of our friends and family members wanted to see even more.  We want to expand that reach dramatically, sharing in the most grounded way possible the beauty of the U.S. and western Canada.


When we drove through Bar Harbor, we met Jake from Project: Think Outside the Water Bottle. Like us, he was a college student spending his summer at a National Park. Uniquely, Jake devoted his time towards fighting for a good cause and ridding unneeded water bottles from Acadia National Park. His initiative in part inspired us to do something more meaningful with our trip this year, and that’s why we’re helping donate money towards the National Parks we visit.


How We're Giving Back
For every donation, we'll give the donor a printed photo of their choice with an original poem on the topic of their choice written on the back- in addition, 50% of all profit we make from the donations will be payed forward to any National Park of your choice. That way, you get a piece of art, the National Parks get much deserved funding, and we can afford to make the magic happen!
