parkinsons help

i tried to raise enough for brain surgery, but, failed miserably , so, i  try now to get financed to purchase a  motorized scooter and a lift chair, as i need help walking and getting out of a chair,,i was in a terrible accident years ago and smashed in my skull, i think that is where the Parkinsons started,? i am trying some experimental meds, but have terrible side affects sometimes, i would like to have the funds for these items by the end of year, my only funds are social security , and my meds take most extra money i have ea month, so, i dont want to beg, but do need help,
