Park Rangers Home Lost-Woolsey Fire

On Friday, November 9, my sister Christa Quick and her husband Shawn Britton have lost their home and belongings in the Woolsey Fire.  She's a state park ranger and resident in the Malibu area. She and Shawn were fortunate to live in the park where she worked. Both she and Shawn cared for the land they lived on and strived to make it and the park a safe and welcoming place to visit.

Fortunately, Shawn was able to save the dogs and get to safety as the fire traveled down the hill behind their home and across their driveway.  Shawn and Christa are resilient and remain positive and grateful to have been able to save what the could.  However, they need our help as they begin to put the pieces of their lives back together.  Please join me in supporting them as they recover from this loss.
