Pamela Long Cancer Fund

Donation protected
My mother in law Pamela Long was diagnosed with Lymphoma about 8 months ago. We were told this was a totally curable cancer. She started her chemo treatments like any other cancer patient. When the first round of chemo wasn't working she then started a second round of a different type of chemo to hopefully get ahead of the cancer and so that she could go then to Froedert to have her bone marrow harvested. Unfortunately the last round of chemo on December 26th, 2017 made her really sick and she ended up in the hospital for about a week only to return again a few days later with white blood count being low, hemoglobins were low and very short on breath not even being able to walk from one room to another and is now on oxygen. After running more tests a large spot was found in her left lung and she has been told there isn't anything else that can be done at this point. She was released from the hospital yesterday 1/19/18 with the care of in home hospice and family. Pamela just retired from Masters Gallery in February of 2017. She is an amazing wife, mother, and grandmother. She loved her puppies and being outside. I have been a part of this family for 18 years and I am at a loss for words. This turned from a positive outlook suddenly to a down slide with limited time left. We are taking each day one by one and enjoying the time we have with her. I am asking for your support and prayers to help Pams family during this time as she fights this nasty disease. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart.
