Dave's cancer fund

Dave was diagnosed with testicular germ cell cancer. The cancer has metastasized throughout his body. He will be treated using chemotherapy and the first round has proved positive. Dave will be unable to work for at least six months and quite possibly longer. In order to help pay his regular bills and other costs associated with his cancer we have set up this fund with his begrudging permission. Dave would never ask for help but in this case he could use some! Please help in any way that you can.
