Stella is a medical anthropologist, and social activist with a Ph.D. from the University of London based on ethnographic fieldwork of youth sexualities, sexual and reproductive health in The Gambia.
Friends, the finance team would like to update you on the next step in the handling your donations. GoFundMe has been keen on getting us to make withdrawals and we have decided to proceed with this step by setting up the process within their app. Part of their requirement is that the recipient has a US social security number and address. Being a member of the finance team that meets both of these requirements, I (Victor Nsereko) have been asked to fulfill this role. Part of my donation will be to absorb any commissions/tax ramifications associated with these gifts. I will update you when I make a transfer of funds to Dr. Nyanzi. Kind regards and thank you.
