My name is Florentino Arreguin,
Reyna Arreguin and I owned a staffing agency from 2004 to 2009 Pacific Labor Source Inc. and had to close due to the bad economy. We did help Thousands of people find jobs and were abe to connect them with great opportunities. some of you might remember us as we were located in the Corner of Alessandro And Heacock in Moreno Valley, CA. (some of the Jobs offered were: Caregivers, Auction Drivers, File Clerks, Auto-cad designers, welders, framers, drywallers, painters, machine operators, secretaries, sign twirlers, truck drivers class A, and many more..) all over Riverside County, San Bernardino County and Orange County.
We are looking into opening up another staffing agency Pacific Skilled Group, Inc. but there are costs involved in opening up a company: Workers comp insurance, Liability Insurance, leasing a space deposit plus first month, payroll of workers before even getting paid from the customer. some customers are on net 15 or net 30 payment terms, and most important there is a $21,339 debt still owed to State Fund which needs to be paid in full before they can cover us again on this new company.
What this means to us:
We will able able to provide people with jobs, match the abilities and skills of people to companies that need this skill, we were very good at what we did.

Here is a breakdown on how the funds would be used:
$21,339 to pay back state fund(workers comp)
$5,000 for a deposit to State Fund Insurance
$2,500 deposit for Liability Insurance
$4,000 rent/lease of space (1st month & deposit)
$1,000 towards marketing
$3,161 towards payroll put toguether with a little bit of Funds we have saved too for this project, (it will require to have at least $50,000 set aside for payroll.)
Currently we own a small furniture store: Moreno Valley Furniture and i work in construction. It hasnt been easy to save all the money towards the New Staffing Agency that is why we seek your help.
