Alex's New Start
Recently my good friend Alexander "Otter" Ishmael was disowned by his family after they discovered his sexual orientation. He had made plans to move out at the end of April but then they discovered and have forced him out immediately.
My boyfriend and I are doing our best to help him out, hosting him for as long as our roommates will allow at our place and then paying for him to stay in a weekly rate hotel. Also we are working to help him get residency in Florida, change his state id, get him a drivers learner permit and driving lessons, and help him be able to get the necessary items for his new place he will be moving into at the end of April, such as a bed and desk, and some form of dresser. Plus of course food money for when he's exhausted the meager cash he currently has.
Now my boyfriend and I are delving into our savings to help him out with no expectations to ever be paid back, yet at the same time we do have quite a bit of debt ourselves and would like to see if anyone in the community would be willing to donate to help us out in our quest to help our friend get a new start in his life away from his unsupportive family.
I guarantee all raised money will only be used to either restock my savings for money we have spent on Alex's well being, and any excess will be spent on his furniture or given to Alex as food money.
Thank you very much for listening to his story and helping a friend in need.
