A House for my Mom

I am doing this for my mom. She is the most kindhearted and generous person I know. She puts everyone's needs before her own. She takes in animals and feeds multiple strays. She has had a very had life and I'm hoping to help her start over. My mom has always worked hard and done her best to make ends meet. 
  A few years ago, she was living in a house with no plumbing and making the best of it. She is currently living in a small rental house. The landlord waited until now, with the weather getting colder, to tell her that the furnace was wasn't safe to use and had it sealed. The landlord also said the roof is unsafe and in danger of caving in once it snows.
   My mom has always worked so hard taking care of other people, I'd like to be to be able to let her know what its like to be taken care of for a change. Every time she was able to save any money, the car would break down or she would need a prescription.
   Currently she doesn't have a car. Something would keep going wrong with it, and she couldn't keep up with the repairs.
   My mom has devoted her life to helping others, including animals. She has taken in many cats and dogs over the years, some of which have medical needs. They bring so much joy, comfort, and companionship. If my mom doesn't have a home, neither will these wonderful animals that have had a hard life already.
   My goal is to be able to afford a safe home for my mom with working septic and heat. A place where she doesn't have to worry about not being able to afford rent, ect. and to be able to keep all of the animals together.
