Help Ty Sliga go racing in 2016

Losing a parent at a young age has to be one of the worst things that a child can go through.  Ty (Age 10) and Killian Sliga (Age 7) lost their father in late 2015.  I first met Ty and his father, Joel, in 2012 at Badger Kart Club.  To my surprise, Ty was racing my kart from when I was five, and he was even wearing my old racesuit!

I kept in touch with Ty and Joel for the most part since we first met, but we lost touch last year due to my busy schedule.  One day last year when I was on Facebook, I saw a post saying that Joel had lost his life, leaving behind his two boys and his wife, Christy.
After hearing this devastating news, I knew I had to do something, which is why I am creating this crowdfunding campaign.  With the help and support of the racing community, Ty was able to finish racing the 2015 season.  My hopes are that through this campaign, we can raise enough money so that Ty can race another full season at Badger Kart Club and several other tracks in Wisconsin.  I plan on going to Badger Kart Club during my free weekends this season to support and help Ty and his family continue racing.
