Hi Everyone!
Triangle Gluten-Free LLC is a gluten-free savory baking business. We primarily focus on providing convenience baked meal and homestyle baked items to busy individuals and families. As we grow, we'll be seeking more wholesale availability at retail outlets. Right now, we're on the verge of launching our first major brand label, "Oven Lovie's".
These will be easy, meal-friendly gluten-free baked dishes you can pop right in the oven and heat for dinner.
Like this pan of completely gluten-free dressing (with vegan, gluten-free bread and scratchmade cornbread, plus pecan hardwood smoked apples) that got rave reviews just last week from local community members on our focus group.
In order to launch this successfully, we're asking for your help. We've gotten seed money via small business loan to establish the business and have overcome the initial setbacks. We are now well-positioned for further growth. We're hoping to launch the line in the next few weeks with special holiday orders and wholesome options for the new year.
These modest funds will help us: meet additional regulatory requirements for the new line, get outfitted for added equipment (such as sealing, bagging, and expanding our exclusively gluten-free production ability); hire contractor help as needed for production needs, and finalize crucial delivery transportation and process flow.
Our goal is to have this met in a few weeks, but definitely by end of the year!
So much of our individual time, resources, and energy have been invested in this business as a startup. We've put everything we can toward it and now we're emerging to a level where we're ready to show what more we can do! Recently, we had a scheduling setback due to surgery complications, yet we've still executed our vision and are in precisely the right place to launch our new endeavor.
We'd be so grateful to hear from our community, both gluten-free and traditional alike! As those who know us are aware, we believe in "Flavor for All". That is, everyone is connected. We are. There is no way to make gluten-free food and not touch someone who eats traditionally, and vice versa. Now, more than ever we must recognize the value of equality and cooperation both at the table and beyond.
We've learned a few things about teamwork in our years of cooking in professional kitchens and attaining degrees in our field. We believe even more that individuals, families, and friends should have the best access to high-quality food that everyone can enjoy, and we're excited to see that happening across our community! We also remain committed to our volunteering, working with farmer's markets, and continued efforts to combat food-related ills as well.
